FAQ

A “Grade” refers to a level or tier based on the photographer's experience.

At Sihyunhada, we liken the photographer’s career to a drawer,
using the term "Grade" to describe this.

We strive to ensure that no matter which "Grade" or drawer you open,
you will be able to create satisfying memories.

Photos uploaded to the official Sihyunhada account
and our online gallery site are only posted after obtaining the subject’s consent post-shoot.

At Sihyunhada, editing involves a one-on-one dialogue with the photographer
to adjust facial lines and balance as well as the balance of editing the subject desires.

The editing process is a dialogue to match everyone's individual standards of beauty.

Sihyunhada does not provide original photo files.

The reason is that our photographers work under their own names,
and we aim to prevent situations where photos taken
by our photographers are edited by others and mistakenly attributed to the original photographer.

If you wish to remove the brand logo from the provided files,
you can do so for an additional fee under the condition that the images will not be further processed.

A portrait photo captures a person's face or appearance, typically focused on the upper body.

While full-body photos include the face, the emphasis is on the body,
thus, most photos showing the upper body are considered portraits.

This category includes ID photos, passport photos, and upper-body profile pictures.
Think of any photo capturing your face and upper torso as a portrait photo.

Passport photos must adhere to specific regulations.
Before shooting, inform the photographer about the intended use so they can
choose a background color that matches your needs
and then adjust to meet the white background requirements of passport regulations.
Please specify it's for a passport to ensure it's shot according to the standards.

Passport photo service incurs an additional cost of 11,000 KRW,
which includes a standard white background digital file and 9 printed copies provided on the same day.
